If there is a change to the performance schedule or an event is cancelled, there will be an announement on our social media channels, this page will be updated, and ticket buyers will be notified via email.
Ticket sales are final and non-refundable—there are no exchanges or refunds unless the event is cancelled.
The decision to cancel an event is made by the presenting organization. Unless an event is cancelled by the presenting organization, Portland’5 is contractually obligated to move forward with events as scheduled.
