If there is a change to the performance schedule or an event is cancelled, there will be an announement on our social media channels, this page and event information pages, and ticket buyers will be notified via email.

Ticket sales are final and non-refundable—there are no exchanges or refunds unless the event is cancelled.

The decision to cancel an event is made by the presenting organization. Unless an event is cancelled by the presenting organization, Portland’5 is contractually obligated to move forward with events as scheduled.

RESCHEDULED: Giselle (Oregon Ballet Theatre) | Feb. 14, 2025

Due to inclement weather, Oregon Ballet Theatre’s Feb. 14 Giselle performance has been rescheduled for Friday, Feb 21 at 7:30pm. If you had tickets for the Feb. 14 performance, your tickets will automatically transfer to the new performance on Feb 21. You do not need new tickets. If this new date does not work for you, please contact the OBT box office at [email protected] or 503-222-5538 to exchange your tickets. Thank you for your patience as the box office may be busy.

CANCELLED: Hairspray (Stumptown Stages) | Feb. 13, 2025

Due to inclement weather, Stumptown Stages’ production of Hairspray is cancelled for Feb. 13. If you have tickets for this evening’s performance (Feb. 13) and you wish to attend one of the remaining performances this weekend, we ask that you contact the Portland’5 Box Office at 800-915-4698 (Thu–Fri 9am–5pm) or bring your Feb. 13 ticket to the box office window before the show for ticket exchange (subject to availability).
