How to order
You can purchase gift cards online, in person at our main box office (1111 SW Broadway Ave; open Tuesday-Friday 10am-6pm), or by phone at 503.248.4335 (M-F 10am-4pm). We make every effort to process gift card orders as quickly as possible. Orders are mailed out first class with the US Postal Service within 2-4 business days.

Current Portland'5 gift cards with a scratch-off PIN can be redeemed online, and all cards can be redeemed by phone or in person at our box office for tickets to any performance sold at our box office. *Only gift cards that are 21 digits in length with a 4-digit PIN are accepted online. Older gift cards without a PIN do not expire, but they must be redeemed in person at the Portland'5 Box Office (1111 SW Broadway Ave; open Tuesday–Friday 10am-6pm) or by phone at 503.248.4335 (Monday–Friday 10am-4pm).
Refund Policy
Refunds are available only to the gift card purchaser, within 30 days of gift card purchase. Gift card cannot be redeemed for cash, except for balances less than $20.
