The nation’s first youth orchestra returns to the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall with five exciting performances (listed below)! Celebrate Portland’s most dedicated young musicians as they perform both classical favorites and rarely-heard works, bringing an unrivaled energy to each piece.
Since 1924, Portland Youth Philharmonic has been committed to inspiring young musicians throughout Oregon and Southern Washington, while providing the highest quality music education possible. The orchestra has a tradition of excellence in education and performance dating back to our first concert in 1925.

PYP strongly encourages up-to-date vaccinations and wearing masks at PYP concerts and events. Proof of vaccination or negative COVID test results will not be required for entry to events.
