Ticket Holder and hereby agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Portland’5 Centers for the Arts and all of its respective employees, agents, officers, directors, appointed and elected officials from any such claims, liabilities or damages and Portland’5 Centers for the Arts is expressly released by Ticket Holder from any claims, liabilities or damages arising from or in any way related to the event or purpose for which the ticket is issued. Management reserves the right, without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission to, or eject from, the event any person whose conduct is deemed by management, at its sole discretion, to be disorderly or who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with any venue rules. Holder consents to a reasonable examination of their person or effects to ensure compliance with security, venue, or event rules.
